We provide to you a seven-page printout detailing fee information, differences, and relative values compared to your submitted fee data. (A signed Confidentiality Statement is required, along with a copy of your current office fee schedule.) Annual renewals provide continual tracking of previous and subsequent fee data. Please note that from the time we receive your information it takes about two weeks to process and return the Comprehensive Dental Fee Review to your office.
In addition to the fee schedule review, your office receives priority status for both routine and comprehensive technical support questions. This telephone support is provided within two business days and is limited to a total of thirty (30) minutes. Additional support time is billed in ten minute increments.
Every month your office will receive an issue of Dental Insurance Today. The newsletter discusses the reimbursement of dental benefits and its relationship to the doctor, patient, payer, and plan purchaser. The principal aim of the newsletter is to assist the dental profession in understanding the patients health-care benefit as well as reimbursement system.
